February is ON and American craft brewers are keeping things interesting with exciting new beers you’re gonna want to chase down this weekend.

Everything’s Coming Up Roses (Portland, OR) – Portland is known as the “City of Roses” and Cascade Brewing has an exciting new release that commemorates its hometown. A mix of wheat and blond ales aged in oak barrels and foudres for up to 14 months with rose petals, rose hips and hibiscus flowers, Cascade Rose City Sour is a floral 5.7% ABV blend with subtle notes of dried cranberries, pomegranates and hint of white pepper that lingers.

Hooked (Frederick, MD) – Flying Dog Brewery’s first release of 2022 is a high ABV category-crossing innovation that pops on store shelves thanks to its non-traditional color showcased in clear glass bottles and wild Ralph Steadman label artwork…A high-octane spin on Vicious Hook Fruit Punch Sour, Flying Dog Super Hook Fruit Punch Sour is a deep pink 10% ABV Kettle Sour which was originally released in 2020 as a Brewhouse Rarity.

Fudged (San Diego, CA) – AleSmith Brewing has a new edition to its Speedway Stout Series and they’re always fun. A delicately indulgent rendition of AleSmith’s signature original, AleSmith Speedway Stout Double Fudge Edition is a 12% ABV Imperial Stout with a decadent combination of Dominican cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, Madagascar vanilla beans, and artisan coffee.
