Winter’s coming and American craft brewers are addressing the changing season with more exciting offerings you’re gonna want have around.

Saintly (Atlanta, GA) The Helles Lager is one of the most difficult beer styles to craft. Like the Pilsner there’s no place to hide and Monday Night Brewing has a new one that absolutely nails it.

Helles is a traditional pale lager beer from Germany, renowned for its bright color and refreshing taste. Saint Monday is classic in the sense that, ingredient-wise, it features the hallmark German malts—Pilsner and Munich—and German hops, Hallertau, Mittlefruh, and Saaz.

Available now at Monday Night’s four taprooms as well as all across Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama, Saint Monday is a 4.4% ABV Helles-Style Lager with bright spicy and floral notes and a crisp clean, not-overly bready finish…

Season’s Greetings (Paso Robles, CA) – Firestone Walker Brewing has introduced a new winter seasonal that pairs perfectly with the holidays. Tempered by dark-roasted specialty malts that impart hints of caramel and chocolate, Firestone Cinnamon Dolce Nitro Stout is a 6% ABV cold-weather release that was brewed with Saigon cinnamon sticks and premium Madagascar vanilla beans, then infused with nitrogen for a super-creamy mouthfeel.

“Every year, we get to play around with creating a seasonal stout, and this time we went in an entirely new direction inspired by locally sourced vanilla beans,” said Brewmaster Matt Brynildson “I think we landed on a really unique stout. You get a true nitro experience straight out of the can. It fits the season perfectly.”

, Beer Alert: New Quadrupel Ales And Holiday SeasonalsQuadrupel The Fun (Kansas City, MO) – Boulevard Brewing has an exotic year-round offering that we think is even more appealing during the winter months. Based loosely on the Smokestack Series’ The Sixth Glass, Boulevard Bourbon Barrel Quad is a 12.2% ABV Strong Ale with bold bourbon, oak and vanilla aromatics and a hint of tart cherry with caramel notes.
