Summer will soon be a memory and American craft brewers are addressing the changing season with interesting new beer offerings you’re gonna want to have around.
Glow In The Dark Pumpkin (Milton, DE) – Fall is coming and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is celebrating things with the return of a popular seasonal, this year with special glow in the dark packaging designed by renowned graphic artist Ryan Besch. First brewed in 1994 and every autumn since then, Dogfish Head Punkin Ale is a 7% ABV Brown Ale crafted with real pumpkin meat, brown sugar, cinnamon allspice and nutmeg.
“The annual return of our Punkin Ale is a seasonal ritual I always look forward to, way more than turning back the clock an hour,” said Sam Calagione, Dogfish Head Founder & Brewer. “When I first homebrewed what is now Punkin Ale nearly 27 years ago, before the inception of Dogfish Head, I never imagined it would one day become a seasonal staple for craft beer fans from coast-to-coast.”

Tea Time (Dallas, TX) – Lakewood Brewing just released the first in a line of special releases that celebrate different musical styles. And each of the beers have their own curated Spotify playlist with songs picked by the Lakewood staff to pair with it. Lakewood Live Vol 2 is a 7% ABV Imperial Rice Lager that is crafted with Matcha green tea.
“We’re huge music fans at LBC and we’ve been yearning for some live music during the pandemic,” said Wim Bens, Lakewood Founder and President. “That led us to making a music-centric series celebrating all genres of beer and music.”
