On June 26, Molson Coors, which is home to the popular Italian beer, dropped the culinary bomb, that it had partnered with Celebrity Chef Giada De Laurentiis to create Peroni Italian Beer Ice.
“Italian ice has always held a special place in my heart—it’s my favorite summer treat, and when you add a Peroni to the mix, I feel like I’m back in Italy,” said Giada De Laurentiis. “Peroni Italian Beer Ice is a fun, refreshing combination to bring crisp taste and Italian style to your summer occasions, and I’m so excited for you to try it.”
Not only is Giada putting her world-class culinary mark on this summertime treat, but she’ll also be sharing Peroni Italian Beer Ice with 21+ consumers in New York City.
The Peroni Italian Beer Ice truck will appear at Baby Luc’s Pizzeria in Brooklyn on July 1 between 4:30-8:30pm and Giada will be stopping by between 5:30-7:30pm to celebrate things with complementary samples of Peroni Italian Beer Ice, and Peroni Nastro Azzurro available for sampling too.
And yes, Peroni Beer Ice comes with a 5% ABV buzz and all the flavors that make Peroni so popular with beer lovers. And given that the nation has been living through record-breaking heat, it couldn’t have arrived at a more opportune time.
