Spring is ON, and summer not that far away, and American craft brewers are addressing the changing season with ambitious new offerings worth your time…

Portland Inspired (Newport, OR) –  Rogue Ales & Spirits has a tart new summertime release that pays homage to its Oregon roots and takes its inspiration from the culinary wonderland that is Portland. Rogue Raspberry Tartlandia is a tart and sassy 4.9% ABV Gose with a raspberry juiciness that it deftly tempered by coastal sea salt.

“While our headquarters are located on the Oregon Coast, Portland also plays a huge role in our identity and this beer is an ode to the culinary wonderland that is Portland,” said Hagen Moore, VP of Marketing & Creative. “Raspberry Tartlandia is an outrageously delicious combination much like visiting the food mecca that is Portland.”, Serious Summer Sours And India Pale Ales

Tangerine Fueled (Dallas, TX) – Lakewood Brewing has a bright new seasonal release that’s low on hops and high on citrus. Crafted with American wheat yeast which makes for a lighter body than a German wheat or Belgian wit, Lakewood Tangerine Queen is a 5.7% ABV Wheat Ale that is made with orange peel and mandarin purée.

A Hazy Outlook (Montauk, NY) – Eastern Long Island’s Montauk Brewing has a new addition to its year=round lineup that delivers uncompromising haze yet remains approachable. Brewed with a reckless abundance of Citra and Cashmere hops, Montauk Eastern Haze IPA is a 4.9% ABV juicy India Pale Ale that will be available in cans as well as on draft beginning in May.

Armadillo Comet (Denver, CO) – Epic Brewing has new limited release with an IBU (International Bitterness Rating) count that’s astronomical. Crafted (you guessed it) with Amarillo and Comet hops, Epic Armadillo Comet IPA is a 9.5% ABV West Coast-Style Imperial IPA that celebrates crystal clarity and unapologetic bitterness.
