Fall is ON and American craft brewers are addressing the season with an intriguing roster of new beers you’re gonna want to have around as things cool down.
Collaboration Nation (Hershy, PA) – Tröegs Independent Brewing has a new Collaboration Beer Series release that they did with New York’s Sloop Brewing Company, an exciting Hudson Valley craft brewery.
Taking its cues from Tröegs’ Perpetual IPA, the best-selling craft beer brand in Pennsylvania, and Sloop’s flagship Juice Bomb Hazy IPA, Sloop John T is an 8% ABV Double IPA with sweet citrus fruit and mixed berry notes that linger.
“It’s always great to share ideas with other people who are equally as passionate about the craft beer industry as we are,” says Justin Taylor, Chief Product Officer of Sloop Brewing Company. “With Perpetual being such a prominent brand in Pennsylvania, we felt we should draw inspiration from our flagship hazy IPA, Juice Bomb. We’re very excited for this beer to hit the market!”
A Seasoned Traveler ( Milton, DE) – Dogfish Head Craft Brewery has an interesting new seasonal that’s exclusive to the brewery’s Fall Variety Pack.
Crafted with lemongrass, wildflower honey and makrut lime leaf, Dogfish Head Tasty Traveler Jasmine Rice Lager is a light-bodied and bright golden 5% ABV fall refresher with a crackery malt backbone and a subtle citrus flavor.
An Everyday Sour We’re Sweet On (Bend, OR) – 10 Barrel Brewing is deservedly renowned for its big, bold IPAs, but they also offer a family of kettle sours, and there’s one variation we’re particularly sweet on.
Crafted with Pacific Northwest huckleberries, which are actually part of the native blueberry family in the west, 10 Barrel Crush Huckleberry Sour is a light and crisp 5.3% ABV Sour Ale that takes the natural tartness of the fruit in a sweet direction
