Forbes recently reported on the craft beer explosion in Shanghai and it was fascinating. Seems China which already consumes more beer than any other country has developed a taste for "serious" beer. I started drinking beer back in high school and I drank it back then basically out of bottles or cans. Glasses were just more evidence of my under-age lawbreaking and yet another thing that need to be discarded in an unwelcome situation. Plus a bottle in hand added a little "outlaw" swagger to a night on the town and at eighteen, that's what I was desperately going for.

Like most readers on this site, I enjoy drinking some sort of craft beer everyday, and like most Americans, I don't exercise as much as I should. I have, though, found ways to keep a healthy physique while doing the minimal amount of work. I am no dietician or fitness expert, but here are some tips that have helped me stay fit while enjoying amazing crafts day in and day out.
