The 2019 Tribeca Film Festival returns to NYC this weekend with tons of stars, big-time movies and Robert De Niro who helped found the event in 2002. And AB InBev’s Stella Artois has purchased a prominent seat at the table.

Stella Artois is this year’s  “official beer” for the festival and as part of that arrangement will be hosting  the “Stella Artois Film Studio” a specially curated series of panel discussions, interactive experiences and cast celebrations, fueled on Stella Artois beer, Stella Artois Cidre cocktail or the brand’s latest launch, Stella Artois Spritzer. Throughout the weekend, Stella Artois will be toasting buzz-worthy films, casts and crews at VIP evening celebrations, including a much-anticipated documentary about Linda Ronstadt and Stray Dolls, a thriller that delves into the crime underworld (“Stray Dolls”).

Stella Artois Film Studio attendees will be invited to partake in a variety of perspective-changing experiences including an interactive food journey with renowned pastry chef Milt Abel II of “All That Jazz,” comedy improv with Upright Citizens Brigade, and special musical performances.

Moderated by Kirsten Schaffer, Executive Director, Women In Film Los Angeles with panelists including: Director Mary Harron (“Charlie Says”), Writer and Director Sonejuhi Sinha (“Stray Dolls”), Producer and Editor Zoe Sua Cho (“House of Hummingbird”), and Director Tanya Wexler (“Buffaloed”).
  • 3:00 – 4:00 PM: Women In Film Cocktail Party – Chat with those shifting perspective women’s role in the film industry over a Stella Artois.
