2025 is ON and American craft brewers are celebrating January with a new roster of beers that you’re gonna want to have around.
A Tribute To The Art Of Fine Brewing (San Diego, CA) – The award-winning AleSmith Brewing has a new addition to their lineup that’s hitting retail shelves and taps throughout the next couple of weeks in SoCal, Eureka, Humboldt County, Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
A tribute to the timeless art of brewing that takes its inspiration from the finest European brewers, AleSmith Anvil Pilsner is an uber-clean and crisp 4.9% lager that demands to be paired with another.
Drink Hoppy Not Sloppy (Denver, CO) – It’s little surprise that Grüvi, one of the nation’s best producers of non-alcoholic beer, comes from Colorado, a state renowned for its brewing expertise. And they’ve a Double IPA that ranks with the best.

Exclusively available as part of the brewery’s The Collection Variety Pack, Grüvi Imperial Dawn IPA the brewery’s take on the massive West Coast Style India that has defined the craft beer movement for decades and they absolutely nailed it.
Dark & Tasty (St Louis, MO) – Schlafly Beer has a new addition to its winter offerings that was born in the brewery’s small batch taproom and is now exclusively available as part of the Hello Darkness Variety Pack, a collection of dark niche styles.
Originally brewed by Munich monks as “liquid bread” to sustain them during lengthy fasts, Schlafly Doppelbock is a 6% ABV European Strong Lager, an almost forgotten beer style here in the US that the brewery has artfully resurrected with a bit of a twist, for the season.
“We regularly have more offbeat styles on tap at our taprooms, so the Hello Darkness pack is an opportunity to bring the talents of our brewers and the taproom experience home,” explains CEO David Schlafly. “With a market crowded with stouts and porters, we invite consumers to learn about different darker beer styles this winter.“
