July is ON and American craft brewers are addressing things with a full slate of new beers you’re gonna want to chase down this weekend.

Good Cold Beer (Athens GA) – In addition to exploring brewing’s outer reaches Creature Comforts Brewing has a special place in its heart for traditional beers styles. They brew a terrific Pilsner, Bibo, and a dependable year-round lager. Brewed with the choicest malts and hops and named in homage the brewery’s hometown, Classic City Lager is a crisp, clean easy drinking 4% ABV lager that Creature Comforts describe simply as “good, cold beer.”

“We aspire to help people navigate through the beautiful and complex world of craft beer,” said Co-founder and Head Brewer David Stein. “There are so many options to choose from and we wanted to make a beer that is perfect for those who enjoy drinking a lower ABV pale lager. Classic City Lager is simply good cold beer.”

Faithful (Richmond, CA) – East Brother Beer Company makes exceptionally faithful beer that’s the second ale in the brewery’s seasonal Freighter Series. Light in color and effervescent with a clean, malty backbone, East Brother Belgian Tripel is a pale, dry and somewhat spicy 8.6% ABV Trappist Ale with a rich bouquet of fruity esters, peppery phenols, and a balanced bitterness.

“Belgian beers derive much of their flavor from the yeast, ranging from estery to phenolic, while maintaining a delicate balance with malt-sweetness and hop-bitterness,” says brewer Paul Liszewski. “It is a wonderful beer with loads of flavor and character.”

¡Órale! (Shiner TX) – Órale! is an authentically Mexican term that can be a greeting, a question, an affirmation or a call to action. And now it’s a new addition to Shiner’s growing family of beers. Crafted with premium 2-row malt and Lager yeast and brewed with agave, Shiner ¡Órale! Is a 4.5% ABV Mexican Lager with mildly sweet and earthy notes.
