December is ON and American craft brewers are addressing the season with exciting new beers you’re gonna want to have around over the holidays.

Want S’More? (Venice, Ca) – Just in time for the winter holidays, The Propagator, Firestone Walker’s hot rod pilot brewery in Venice, California has teamed up with Anaheim’s Radiant Beer Co. and released a beer that was inspired by the beloved campfire treat, the s’more.

Available now for a limited time at Firestone Walker’s online store as well as at its three locations in Paso Robles, Buellton, and Venice, California, Firestone Camp Blanket is a pitch black and full-bodied 9% ABV s’more inspired Imperial Stout with rich graham cracker and chocolate tones and just a hint of campfire smoke in the background.

Snow Job (Hershey, PA) – Things are getting festive and Tröegs Independent Brewing has doubled down on its popular Winter IPA, Blizzard of Hops. Described by the brewery as a ‘blizzard of hops, turned up to 11,” Tröegs Double Blizzard is an 8.3% ABV IPA dry-hopped out of it mind with four pounds of Chinook and Galaxy hops per barrel.

To craft this wintertime favorite Tröegs used a cooler temperature for the kettle hop additions, softening the character of the Centennial, Chinook and El Dorado. On the cold side they dry-hopped this annual limited release with four pounds per barrel of Chinook and Galaxy so this thing’s hoppy.
