2024 is ON and American craft brewers are addressing things with an intriguing roster of beers you’re gonna want to have around.
Twice As Nice (Paso Robles, CA) – Firestone Walker Brewing has a bold new addition to its growing family of Mind Haze IPA variations and this one takes haziness into a whole new dimension. Dry hopped twice, Mind Haze Brain Melter is an 8.5% ABV Imperial Hazy IPA, with double the normal amount of hops, and layers of textures and flavors. The secret to Brain Melter is its blend of hops focused on Vic Secret, Strata and Citra.
“Mind Haze is one of our most celebrated beers and has become a playground where we explore our wildest ideas on where IPAs can go, allowing us to deliver world-class beers that meet the diverse taste buds of today’s drinkers,” said Brewmaster Matt Brynildson. “Brain Melter is a beer that doubles down on everything we love about Mind Haze–mouthwatering tropical flavors with a bit more octane to give it an extra punch.”

Pitch Perfect (Asheville, NC) – Hi-Wire Brewing is shaking things up again with the newest addition to its growing family of “pitch-perfect” IPAs. Meticulously crafted using layers of juicy American hops post-fermentation, Hi-Wire Hazy Pitch is a hefty 7.2% ABV New England Style IPA with big tropical punch, chewy pineapple, and bright citrus notes. Hazy Pitch receives over twice as many hops in the dry hop stage compared to other Pitch IPAs, creating a bigger and hazier juice bomb that rounds out the Hi-Wire line.
“Though we’ve played in the hazy IPA space for years… Hazy Pitch is our latest and greatest adventure,” said Bryna Frosaker, co-owner of Hi-Wire Brewing, “and we’re thrilled to add it to our core year-round lineup.”
Buzz-Free & Bold (Anaheim, CA) -Since its inception in 2015, Bravus Brewing, North America’s first non-alcoholic craft brewery has never stopped innovating. Founded by software engineer-turned-brewer Philip Brandes, Bravus was born when Brandes sought to solve a craft beer-loving friend’s dilemma of how to maintain his new sobriety without having to give up his favorite beverage. And they’ve a dark new limited release that won’t muddy your head.
Ghoulishly dark and intense, with a roasted malt base and a blend of hops that gives you coffee, chocolate, and hop bitterness, Bravus BLK IPA a rich and robust buzz-free Black India Pale Ale that combines the characteristics of both a classic IPA and a stout is buzz-free pleaser with subtle hints of chocolate, caramel and roasted coffee. If you’re a fan of Guinness but looking to steer clear of alcohol over the holidays, this is the brew for you!
