February is ON and American craft brewers are addressing things with an exciting roster of beers you’re gonna want to have around.

A Badly Kept Secret (Nashville, TN) – Tennessee Brew Works has returned something special which pays homage to to the once classified Oak Ridge community in East Tennessee, known as Secret City, the biggest research facility for the Manhattan Project.

Clocking in at an “explosive” 10% ABV, Secret City Imperial IPA is a cascade of pine, tangerine, stone fruit, mango, and honeydew flavors, with a rich full body, a nice resin mouth feel, solid malty backbone, and a dry, crisp finish.

Don’t Be Blinded By The Light (Boonville, CA) – Anderson Valley Brewing is addressing, “Damp January” and all those new year’s resolutions, with something new that’s low-octane but amazingly full-flavored and won’t bury you with calories. Brewed to pair with another,  Anderson Valley Black Light is a dark and delicious craft beer with only 95 calories and 7 carbs at 3.8% ABV.

“We’re overjoyed with this conundrum of a beer,” said Anderson Valley President and CEO Kevin McGee. “This beer shouldn’t taste as good as it does, but here it is. No corners were cut to bring you an actual light beer that still has full craft beer-flavored-beer flavor. It’s a legitimately amazing thing.”

Best Of The West (Anaheim, CA) – Founded  in 2015, Bravus Brewing, North America’s first non-alcoholic craft brewery has never stopped innovating. The all-NA brewery was created by software engineer-turned-brewer Philip Brandes, who sought to solve a craft beer-loving friend’s dilemma of how to maintain his new sobriety without having to give up his favorite beverage.

And they’ve a terrific citrus IPA that won’t muddy your head.
