So in an effort to keep us from freaking out, when we fall off whatever wagon we’d hoped to stay on, Hamm’s Beer, a primarily midwestern lager which is now produced by Molson Coors, is offering desperate winners “broken-resolution preparedness kits.”
Understanding the pressure of New Year’s resolutions, which may have been to ambitious to begin with, Hamm’s, which began in Minnesota in 1865 and bills itself as ‘Beer from the Land of Sky Blue Waters,” will supply 50 lucky winners with something the company is calling Hammergency Kits.
Each Hammergency Kit (we do love its name) comes with a six-pack of Hamm’s beer (redeemable via a $15 prepaid gift card) and 5 pounds of “restaurant quality” bacon, all contained within a Hamm’s-branded cooler.
“After this past year, we could all use a little break from the pressure of resolutions and just enjoy ourselves, and that’s what we’re all about over here at Hamm’s,” said Hamm’s Marketing Manager Trisha Bakshi…
“We made the Hammergency Kit for some tried-and-true indulgence, but we also made it because it’s fun and quirky, and we want to head into the new year focusing on the simple things that make us happy.”
To enter you of course must be 21, but understanding how broken and distraught many of the entrants might be, Hamm’s beer is keeping things simple. No purchase is necessary, all you have to do is give them your email HERE.
