Beer Cocktails – Wild Little Thing Frozen Daiquiri

Beer Cocktails suit the moment and the melding of beer a spirits can sometimes be transcendental.

And Sierra Nevada’s beer cocktail marries instinct of a frozen Rum Daiquiri with the slightly tart smack of a Sour Ale.

This deceptively easy-to-make cocktail is crafted with Sierra Nevada’s popular Wild Little Thing, a 5.5% ABV fruit-forward Sour Ale with Guava, Hibiscus and Strawberries.

All you’ll need is a few basic ingredients to make this fruity frozen cocktail is a blender some ice and a sunny patio to enjoy it on.

Sierra Nevada Wild Little Thing Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients

1.5 ounces white rum

1 ounce lime juice

2 ounces Wild Little Thing

2 medium, frozen strawberries

1 cup of Ice

Directions

Step 1

Add all liquid ingredients to a blender, followed by the strawberries and finally the ice.

Step 2

Blend until smooth and pour into a serving glass.
