Inspired by the mimosa cocktail, a brunch staple, Cascade Brunch Line features sour wheat and blond ales aged in white wine barrels for up to two years with Willamette Valley-grown Chardonnay grapes, then infused with fresh orange zest.
Putting A Shine On Things (Shiner, TX) – Shiner has a new spring seasonal that’s being released as part of its Brewer’s Pride Series. Brewed in collaboration with Kiepersol Vineyards in Tyler, TX, Brewer’s Pride Rose’ Pale is a 6.5% ABV wine/beer hybrid with pungent stone fruit, sticky pine and earthy black tea notes, and a dry, oaky finish.
Smooth Sailing (Baltimore, MD) – Forget waiting for spring, Heavy Seas Beer is looking to summer with its latest release. Brewed with lemon and orange peel and the beach in mind, Heavy Seas Smooth Sail Summer Ale is a 4.5% ABV seasonal offereing with a bright citrus finish.
Ballast Points To A New IPA (San Diego, CA) – Ballast Point Brewing recently shipped an approachable new IPA that was the first R&D beer developed by the innovative brewing team Ballast Point’s Chicago Brewery & Tasting Room. Massively hopped with Centennial, Mosaic and Citra and boasting huge lemon, mint and ripe guava aromatics, Ballast Point Passing Haze IPA is an unabashedly unfiltered 4.2% ABV Hazy India Pale Ale that’s now widely available.
Breaking Good (Portland, OR) – The Breakside Brewery has a new addition to its year-round portfolio that’s designed to be an easy drinking, everyday beer.
