At a time when many craft breweries are playing things safe, Tree House Brewing continues to make audacious moves.
Here’s the deal…
Founded in a small barn as a one-man operation in 2011, Tree House Brewing caught fire almost immediately. By the end of the year the Massachusetts brewery had “thirteen employees and 650-barrel cellar” according to the Boston Business Journal.
In 2017 Tree House moved from its humble roots to a 55,000-square-foot state-of-the-art production brewery in Carlton, a facility that greatly upped the company’s production capability, but lacked in vibe.
But in 2020 the brewery more than made up for that by opening a new location in a spectacular bayside setting on Cape Cod and waited less than 24 hours before announcing another location, this time in a beautiful Western Massachusetts location.
And as if those two locations weren’t amazing enough, in 2022 the brewery opened another brewing outpost, this time a country club complete with a beautiful golf course, just north of Boston in Tewksbury, Mass.
Ambitious, no?
But Treehouse Brewing wasn’t done, and in 2023 announced plans for a new brewery in Sarasota Spring, NY.

This from Tree House Brewing’s initial announcement…
“For hundreds of years, Saratoga Springs, NY has attracted people from all walks of life who sought the healing powers of its springs. Over time, the City transformed into a bustling resort destination, drawing tourists keen to experience its spas, music, and vibrant arts scene. This legacy has been carefully preserved and can still be felt in the city’s elegant architecture, bustling arts scene, world-class racetrack, and the continued prominence of its spa culture today. With reverence for history and a vision for the future, Tree House aims to become an integral chapter in Saratoga Spring’s vibrant and hopeful future.”
“Saratoga Springs is famous for its vibrant arts and music scene. This history aligns with our passion and support for music and the arts in ways we almost find too good to be true. To say that we are excited to become a part of the community would be an understatement.”
