American craft brewers are addressing the changing season with an intriguing roster of beers you’re gonna want to chase down.

Let Them Drink Cake! (Covington, KY) – Braxton Brewing, which is located just across the river from Cincinnati, has a new limited release that celebrates the BonBonerie bakery’s signature cake, Opera Cream Torte. Braxton Opera Cream Stout is a 5.5% ABV ode to the famous Cincinnati cake, with dark milk chocolate tones, sweet cream and bright vanilla characteristics.

“The BonBonerie Opera Cream Cake is such an iconic and nostalgic Cincinnati flavor, and we’re so excited to launch this beer as the first of our new Cincinnati Favorites line,” shares Jake Rouse, Co-Founder and CEO of Braxton Brewing Co. “The BonBonerie brand has been serving customers for over forty years and enjoys a robust history in Cincinnati. This beer represents such a unique flavor in Cincinnati Craft beer that we are honored to be working with The BonBonerie to launch the stout!”

Tripling Down On A Dream Beer (Gilbert, AZ) – Arizona Wilderness Brewing is celebrating 10 years of brewing great beers with an amped up version of one of its most popular creations, Dreamsicle IPA. Brewed with mounds of Citra hops, even more milk sugar, and even more Agritopia oranges, Arizona Wilderness Triple Dreamsicle IPA is a fruit-forward 10.2% ABV India Pale Ale that does not disappoint.

Pick Six (Lexington, KY) – One of Kentucky’s largest craft breweries, West Sixth Brewing has new year-round addition that they view as “strategic.” Full-flavored yet approachable, Sixer Light Lager is a 4.2% ABV refresher with a crisp, clean malt profile.

“From a strategic standpoint, it helps us considerably to offer a year-round light lager,” said Kelly Hieronymus, Marketing & Creative Director at West Sixth Brewing. “I won’t say lagers are going to unseat IPAs as the best-selling style of craft beer, but having something that almost takes less of a craft approach may be a way to re-introduce ourselves to a newer audience.”
