March is ON and American craft brewers are addressing things with exciting new beers you’re gonna want to have around.
Divine Brewing (Dallas, TX) – Lakewood Brewing has a new limited release that benefits Texas chapters of the Pink Boots Society. Aggressively hopped yet incredibly approachable, Lakewood Goddess Hazy IPA is a juicy 6.7% ABV India Pale Ale with a tropical fruit-forward bouquet and soft pallet.
“As a woman in the brewing industry, I have loved helping introduce more women to craft beer – on both sides of the bar,” said Brenda Busch, co-founder of Lakewood Brewing. “We do this in two ways, by tailoring our flavors to appeal to a wide range of both devoted and developing beer drinkers, as well as through organizations like Pink Boots that help support and empower others on their brewing career and educational journeys.”
Spring Timed (Atlanta, GA) – The 10th largest craft brewer in the US, that’s now owned a Canadian cannabis company, SweetWater Brewing has returned a popular limited release to its spring seasonal lineup. Bursting with triple dry hop additions of Mosaic, Denali and Waimea, SweetWater Triple Tail Tropical India Pale Ale is a 5.5% ABV IPA that delivers a fruity hop punch of tangerine, papaya, and pineapple notes along with a clean bitterness and fluffy, fragrant head.
“Since last fall, we’ve re-introduced beers to our seasonal lineups that our customers have really missed, and Triple Tail IPA has been the most requested for us to bring back,” said Nick Nock, SweetWater’s head brewer. “With the weather warming up, we know craft drinkers will appreciate this super tasty tropical IPA, which is a fruity and refreshing blast that’s perfect for the beach, boat, music festivals, or any occasion when you need a cold beer to cool down.”
Flower Power (Croydon, PA) – Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery and taproom located just north of Philadelphia in Bucks County. And they’ve just released something special that’s primed for spring. Brewed to celebrate the days getting longer, birds chirping, and blooming flowers Neshaminy Creek Pushing Daisies is a 4.9 % ABV Kölsch-Style Ale that combines subtle hints of white grape notes with an earthy bitterness of Herekules and Tettnanger Hops.
