March is ON and American craft brewers are addressing things with exciting new beers you’re gonna want to have around.

Winging It (Croydon, PA) – Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery and taproom located just north of Philadelphia in Bucks County. And they’ve recently returned something special that’s known in Europe as a “Grodziskie.”

Brewed with copious amounts of oak smoked wheat and a kiss of German noble hops, Neshaminy Creek  Falconry Club is a 4.1% ABV Polis-Style Lager with a bready malt character and smoky dry finish. And just like the Falcon this beer is both beautiful and dangerous.

The Beast Has A Brother (Paso Robles, CA) – We recently reported that Firestone Walker’s iconic barrel-aged imperial stout had returned with a new 2023 vintage which was aged for a year in a smart blend of rare spirits barrels. But Firestone Walker Parabola has an equally dangerous small-batch brother. Aged for a full 18 months prior to blending and bottling in a special selection of premium 20-year-old Elijah Craig bourbon barrels, Firestone Walker Paraboloid is a 13% ABV small-batch wonder with rich dark chocolate, cherry and vanilla notes.

“The rarity of these barrels speaks for itself, we were grateful to secure them,” Brynildson said. “They’re as old as the Parabola recipe itself. We’ve used Elijah Craig barrels in our barrel-aging program for a long time. Their barrels are super consistent and I’m a massive fan of their bourbons—but I’d never seen a 20-year-old Elijah Craig barrel until now.”

Just For The Helles Of It (DC / California) – SoCal’s The Brewery has a new limited release that we can’t wait to get our hands on. Inspired by old-world brewing techniques in the likeness of the traditional name The Bruery’s Ruekeller: Helles is a 5.2% ABV Helles-Style Lager with light bitterness, a touch of sweetness, and a clean crisp finish.
