Sunday is Father’s Day, and dads love lagers, so you know what to do!

Drink Like A German (Northglenn, CO) –  Prost Brewing is a Colorado craft brewery renowned for its award-winning biergarten-style biers which are brewed authentically with sustainably sourced German-grown hops and malts that are hand-selected for quality. And they are kicking off 2025 with a classic limited release that couldn’t be more welcome.

Light in color and body, but massively flavorful, Prost Helles is a 5% ABV Munich-Style Golden Lager with bright, vibrant notes and the old-world earthiness of pilsner and Vienna malts, offset by a very traditional, noble hop character.

“The German word ‘Helles’ means pale,” said Prost President David Deline. “And while it’s now considered a traditional style, it actually caused controversy when it was introduced in the mid-1800’s, challenging older, darker styles for the title of ‘real’ Bavarian lager.”

Lager Up! (San Diego, CA) – The award-winning AleSmith Brewing has a new addition to their lineup that’s hitting retail shelves and taps throughout the next couple of weeks in SoCal, Eureka, Humboldt County, Arizona, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

A tribute to the timeless art of brewing that takes its inspiration from the finest European brewers, AleSmith Anvil Pilsner is an uber-clean and crisp 4.9% lager that demands to be paired with another.

A Lager Legend (White Plains, NY) – We only cover imported beers that we think can hold their own up against America’s best craft beers, and Paulaner USA imports a lager that’s undeniably world class. Credited for being one of the best German beers in the world , Paulaner Münchner Lager is a 4.9% ABV Bavarian original that’s the perfect balance of malty character and the light bitterness of hops

In developing this beer, the Paulaner brewmasters have perfected a unique technique with “yeast suspension,” resulting in a uniform, slightly cloudy appearance, consistent quality, and perfect taste.

Seeing Japanese (San Diego, CA) –  RationAle Brewing, the California brand known for its aggressive take on non-alcoholic craft beer, has a new addition to its  Maverick Series, an ever-evolving line of limited-edition brews that will rotate exclusively into its variety packs.

“Japanese Lagers are finally getting the recognition they deserve in the U.S., with more beer lovers gravitating toward their crisp, floral profile—but until now, non-alcoholic options have been limited,” said Jamie Fay, Co-Founder and CEO of RationAle Brewing. “We’re pumped to introduce the Japanese-Style Dry as the first Maverick Series release in our new Variety Pack. And if this one is as popular as we expect, it might just earn a permanent spot in our core lineup.”

Shape-Shifter (Brooklyn, NY) – Threes Brewing, the Brooklyn-based craft brewery known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality, has a new addition to its new Seasonal Lager Series, that with the weather warming is right on time. Threes Shapeless Days is a 5% ABV summer seasonal from a brewery renowned for its lagers.

“Our brewing team has created over 100 different lagers since we opened, but we’ve consistently heard from customers that they appreciate having staples they can return to,” said Matt Levy, Director of Production at Threes Brewing. “This seasonal program gives us the best of both worlds – we can offer fresh experiences throughout the year while maintaining the consistency that builds long-term relationships with our drinkers.”
