BrewDog Opens New Brewery In Australia

BrewDog’s world domination tour shows little signs of slowing. In 2017 they announced plans to build a new brewery in Australia and now DogTap Brisbane is finally open.

BrewDog has long been committed to shortening the distance between its beer and the people who enjoy them.

That mantra led them to building a US brewery in Ohio…BrewDog Berlin in Germany…and this week, their first brewery in Australia.

Located on the banks of the Murarrie River just east of Brisbane’s city center sits BrewDog Australia, the company’s newest destination brewery and taproom. And after two years of planning and development DogTap Brisbane is open, as are its 28 taps now flowing with the brewery’s uber-fresh beer.

Everything at DogTap Brisbane, either on tap or bottled can be paired smartly with food.

And with that in mind DogTap Brisbane will be majoring in BrewDog’s trademark menu of burgers, wings, dogs and pizza. They’re also offering brunch, which along with beer, is pretty much an Aussie staple.

In the shadow of Queensland’s Gateway Bridge, DogTap Brisbane also features a 5000 sq. ft. riverside patio that’s perfect for enjoying the many outdoor games provided, or just kicking back with serious beer in a spectacular setting.

And BrewDog’s new Australian brewery is equally impressive…

Built around a state-of-the-art fully-automated four vessel 25HL brewing system, BrewDog Brisbane is now capable of cranking out the company’s full line of “BrewDog Headliners” and other beers for the Australian market as well as a dedicated line of small batch exclusives for DogTap Brisbane.

And with the river outside and parks in every direction, you’ll also be able to buy beer to takeout at BrewDog Brisbane and enjoy it wherever the day takes you….
