And what started in 2013 has grown from a small brewing operation in South Boston to include a taproom and primary production facility Canton, summer and winter beer gardens, a farm brewery in planning and now their first restaurant/brewery.

Located just around the corner from the brewery’s original South Boston location, Trillium’s three story 18,000-square-foot space features modern New England farmhouse inspired food created by Chef Michael Morway and a dynamic beer list brewed on site with both stainless steel fermentation and oak foeders.

Trillium’s new Fort Point Restaurant & Brewery features an expansive first floor taproom with 20 active draft lines. The second floor offers the chef’s kitchen and a private dining area. The third floor is an open air terrace and bar that will remain available as weather permits.

Words To Drink By (Milton, DE) – “Working with my wife is great…Often times we’ll be at the dinner table talking about the next batch of 120 Minute for example ” – Dogfish Head’s Sam Calagione on working with his wife, Mariah
