Fall is ON and American craft brewers are addressing the season with an intriguing roster of new beers you’re gonna want to have around as things cool down.
Starstruck (Chapel Hill/Pittsboro, NC) – The Carolina Brewery has a news addition to its roster just in time for the autumn season. Brewed to complement the season’s cooler nights, Stargazer IPA is a 6.2% ABV India Pale Ale that strikes the perfect balance between lighter summer ales and heavier winter brews.
“We’re thrilled to release a fresh, modern IPA in time for the crisp autumn season,” said Nate Williams, Carolina Brewery’s Brewmaster. “This beer highlights the best of Carolina Brewery—clean reverse osmosis water, a new hop strain, and our passion for good beer. Get Down (Bend, OR) – 10 Barrel Brewing has an uber-interesting Hopburst year-round that began as a specialty brew with their friends out east at Rome Snowboards. A fan-favorite that was inspired by the kind of Double IPAs found in Vermont, 10 Barrel All Ways Down is a massive 9% ABV Double IPA with bright citrus, cannabis and pine notes and intense sweet pineapple and mango aromatics.

Sycamore Celebrates Fall Early (Charlotte, NC) – Sycamore Brewing is celebrating fall early with the return of something special. A harmonious blend of house-roasted cold brew coffee, pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove and ginger) and vanilla, Sycamore Pumpkin Latte Blonde is a 5.8% ABV seasonal with a spicy sweetness that is balanced are balanced out by bitter dark chocolate and slight berry notes from the cold brew.
