Gigantic Celebrates Anniversary With A Fucking Classy Beer (Portland, OR) – Their words not ours… Gigantic Brewing is the now seven-year-old brewery and to celebrates its 7th Anniversary they did a very special collaboration beer. Brewed with Mikkel Borg Bjergsø from Mikkeller Beer, Fucking Classy Brut IPA is a 7.5% ABV dry and effervescent India Pale Ale brewed with Hallertau Blanc, Hüll Melon and Nelson Sauvin hops and all kinds of fucking attitude.
Caped Crusader (Pacific City, OR) – The sun’s out and the surf’s up…And Pelican Brewing is celebrating summertime in Oregon with something sassy and seasonal. Named for the Three Capes Scenic Loop in Pelican’s backyard and conceived as the ideal beer for summer enjoyment, Pelican 3 Capes IPAS is a 6.1% ABV India Pale Ale with big tropical fruit, grapefruit, and strawberry note, all layered on a hefty malt backbone and a rich golden “setting sun” color.
Off The Bench (Dallas, TX) – Lakewood Brewing has a whole lineup of Temptress Imperial Milk Stout variations and they are returning one from their popular Seduction Series That’s been on the bench for more than 18 months. Brewed with over 1,000 lbs. of fresh Oregon raspberry puree to get the flavor just right, Lakewood Raspberry Temptress is a decadent 9.1% ABV Imperial Milk Stout with a subtle fruit acidity and a chocolate covered raspberry aroma.
