The Winter holidays are now over, yet winter remains. And American craft brewers are addressing things with an exciting roster of new beers that suit this moody time of year.

30 Minutes That You’ll Never Want to Take Back (Milton, DE) – in 2025 Dogfish Head Craft Brewery added a new addition to its “Minute Series” a collection of continually hopped IPAs known for their hoppy, but not crushingly bitter. flavor profiles.

Continually hopped for (you guessed it) 30 minutes, Dogfish Head 30 Minute Light IPA is a 4% ABV refresher, a crisp and crushable beer with all the body and character of a world class IPA, but only 95 calories and 3.6g carbs.

And on January 17 Dogfish Head’s putting January’s pressures on ice with our “30 Minute Time Bank,” a one-day-only, pop-up experience designed to give folks something no productivity hack ever does: 30 uninterrupted minutes to themselves in New York City!

The “30 Minute Time Bank” will act as an off-centered place to pause during the most productivity-obsessed time of year. And drinkers (21+, of course!) are invited to step inside, checking their mental to-do lists at the door, and spend a full half hour engaging in a series of sensory, creative, and flavor-friendly moments designed with presence in mind.
