Shorts Brewing’s 15th Anniversary Party (Bellaire, MI) – One of Michigan’s best craft beer operations will be celebrating its 15th anniversary this weekend, and you’re invited. On Saturday April 27th from 4 pm – 9 pm Shorts Brewing will be transforming the streets of Bellaire into an entire block of local love and awesomeness with Short’s brews, live music, and scrumptious local foods.
On The Big Screen – What is expected to become the biggest grossing movie of 2019 opens nationwide this weekend with many theaters offering non-stop showings, Avengers: Endgame marks the culmination of 22 Marvel superhero movies. And with the cataclysmic events set in motion by Thanos (James Brolin) that wiped out half the universe in Avengers: Infinity War the stakes could not be higher.
TV Time & Steaming – Netflix is now streaming a 2018 Nordic Noir crime series filmed in Finland that will literally blow you away. Deadwind tells the story of Sofia Karppi, a detective in her 30’s who is trying to get over her husband’s death, when she discovers the body of a young woman at a construction site, and triggers a chain of events that threatens to destroy her life and her family.
