Burning Down The House (Houston, TX) – Punxsutawney Phil may have predicted six more weeks of winter, but in Texas, spring is already in the air. This week, Karbach Brewing Co. began shipping their spring seasonal offering and we can’t wait to get our hands on some. Karbach Barn Burner Saison is brewed with local ruby red grapefruit and a blend of spices for added complexity, and it’s out there now – so you know what to do.

New Hop Kitchen Collaboration From New Belgium (Asheville, NC) – Asheville beer drinkers will get first crack at New Belgium Brewing’sRyePA, brewed with Carolina Rye from Asheville’s own Riverbend Malt House, when the beer launches locally there in late-February. Its diverse hop profile, comprising 40% rye malt, Galaxy, Cascade, Simcoe, and Mosaic, help round out the profile that ends with a spicy rye finish. This Hop Kitchen limited release will be available nationally on draft and in 22 oz. bottles by early March.

A Visit from Uncle Jacob (Boulder, CO) – Break out your banjo and your overalls and get ready to stock your cellar becauseUncle Jacob’s Stout is coming back on February 9th. This will be the third release of the highly coveted and critically acclaimed stout. The second member of Avery Brewing’s Annual Barrel Series, it is a 14.83% ABV stout aged in first-use Bourbon barrels for six months (Yikes!).
