Summer is ON and American craft brewers are addressing the season (and Father’s Day) with intriguing new offerings you’re gonna want to have around.

Best Father’s Day Beer (Exton, PA) – June 18th is Father’s Day and the Iron Hill Brewery has whipped up something special for Dad. Fermented with Omega’s Lunar Crush yeast to layer and complement the beer’s big citrus tones, Iron Hill Dad’s Got Jokes Juicy Lager is a 5% ABV limited release that was brewed with actual dad jokes. That’s right, Iron Hill collected the silliest one-liners from dads and dad joke enthusiasts via social media then spelled them out in malt, flaked oats and hops in a beer that’s not ashamed of being “corny.”

Dad’s Got Jokes Juicy Lager is available in gracious 16oz cans on Friday, June 9, at Iron Hill restaurants  PA, DE & NJ Iron Hill restaurants followed by the draft release at all Iron Hill locations on June 15.

Get Another Life (Venice, CA) – Firestone Walker has an uber-interesting new release that’s exclusively available in the brewery’s latest canned IPA Mixed Pack which also includes Hopnosis, Mind Haze and Union Jack.

Melding classic Pacific Northwest hop flavors of citrus and pine with new age notes of pineapple and watermelon candy, Firestone Another Life is a 6% ABV Cold IPA that is stunningly crisp.

We brewed this beer with a simple bill of pilsner malt and rice and fermented it with lager yeast to create a true-to-form Cold IPA,” said Brewmaster Matt Brynildson. “The Pacific Northwest hops shine through while the mouthfeel stays light, refreshing and perfectly cold.”

, New Father’s Day Beers And Cold India Pale AlesSpecial Forces (Portland, OR) – Ecliptic Brewing and Chico, California legend Sierra Nevada Brewing have joined forces to craft the brewery’s fourth Cosmic Collaboration Series release of 2023. Built on a sturdy foundation of Pale and Wheat Malts and abundantly hopped with Strata, Amarillo, McKenzie, and Citra, Ecliptic + Sierra Nevada Secchi Hoppy Wheat Ale is a 6.5% ABV citrusy seasonal that is tempered with fresh orange and lemon peel.

“When I first started brewing,” says John Harris, Ecliptic’s Owner and Brewmaster, “Sierra Nevada was it. I am honored to be able to do this collaboration with them and Ken Grossman, their Founder. We decided to make a hoppy wheat beer for June.”

“Ecliptic Brewing’s founder, John Harris, has been a pioneer in West Coast craft beer for more than 30 years,” added Terrence Sullivan, Product Manager for Sierra Nevada added. “We’re honored to join forces on Secchi Hoppy Wheat Ale, highlighting the unique flavors of the Oregon landscape.”
