Coors Light describes this cold bath as the “chill choice.” It’s the latest times that Mahomes has supported his favorite beer and, as usual, it’s a whole lot of fun.

On July 9^th, Molson Coors which is home to the bestselling beer, announced another novel promotion with Patrick Mahomes, the star quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Say hello to  “The Patick Plunge,” a cold water tub shaped like Mahomes’ head. Athletes use the submersion cold plunge technique, to enhance recovery, improve mood, and boost the immune system.

And it’s the focus of Mahomes amusing new video spot.

“Cold plunge in the shape of my head? That’s next-level chill,” says Mahomes. “The Patrick Plunge brings the chill and the fun like only Coors Light can.”

“Both Coors Light and Patrick Mahomes know the importance of staying chill,” says Vice President of Marketing Marcelo Pascoa told Beer & Beyond. “This is a fully functional, high-performance cold plunge installation designed to deliver the same chill that Mahomes’ swears by, but with a Coors Light twist.”

Those who’d like to experience it for themselves can try out the Patrick Plunge in person by visiting KC Live! in Kansas City on July 19. Though spots are limited, 21+ adults can sign up here for a $15 donation.

All proceeds will go directly to Mahomes’s foundation, 15 and the Mahomies.

Those who’d rather not dunk themselves into a bath of cold water can also purchase Mini-Patrick Plunges. The coolers might not be big enough to plunge your whole body into, but they can certainly keep your beverage of choice chilled.

The Mini-Patrick Plunges are available for $40 and can be purchased HERE. Proceeds from the sales will, once again, go to support the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation. But be sure to hurry, as only 45 are available.

This is the fourth year in a row that Coors Light has found an unconventional way to work with the star quarterback.

Mahomes and Coors Light are responsible for the Coors Light Bear and The Coors Light (a.k.a. a flashlight). Last year, he even filmed The Coors Light Time Capsule Commercial, which was ceremoniously buried in Golden, CO.  All of them clever and fun.
