Sang Soars! (Portland, OR) – Cascade Brewing just returned one of the brewery’s most anticipated Northwest sours which serves as the foundation of Cascade’s Sang Series. A blend of sour red ales, Cascade Sang Rouge 2015 is a 7.8% ABV Red Ale creation that was aged to perfection in select red wine barrels and oak puncheons for up to 24 months!
Miles To Go (Milton, DE) – Dogfish Head is returning a new variation of their beloved Imperial Stout which was originally brewed as a homage to Miles Davis’ 1970 landmark jazz-rock record, Bitches Brew. Aged and blended in giant oak and Palo Santo wood tanks, which enriched its chocolatey-licorice wood aromas, Dogfish Head Wood-Aged Bitches Brew is pitch-black 9% ABV Imperial Stout with a sweet, roasty, coffee flavor finish.
Fan Fav To Year Round (Athens, GA) – Terrapin Beer has a new year-round addition that was first introduced as part of their Krunkles Series of IPAs. Inspired by a Hawaiian drink called POG (a mix of passionfruit, orange, and guava flavors), Terrapin Luau Krunkles is a 6.5% ABV tropical fruit-flavored IPA named after Krunkles, a legendary IPA brewer who may, or may not even be real.
Stout Stuff (Lone Tree, CO) – For the third year running, Lone Tree Brewing is returning a popular winter seasonal as part of their Branching Out Series…experimental, limited releases offered in large format bottles. Lone Tree Horchata Stout is a 6% ABV homage to Mexico’s popular rice and almond milk drink that was crafted with chocolate, cinnamon, and lactose….And it’s hitting retail in 22oz bombers this week.
