Sky High Beer Prices At 2022 PGA Golf Championship

The 104th PGA Championship is taking place this week at Southern Hills Country Club. And if you’re one the many thousands attending we suggest you sneak in your own beer.

Spectators looking to score beer at the Tulsa, Oklahoma, golf course will pay $18 for a 25-ounce can of Michelob Ultra and $19 for a 25-ounce can of Stella Artois, according to Golfweek. Compare those prices with what a brewski will cost you at The Masters, $5 for both domestics and imports, and you can understand why golf pros and visitors are pissed.

“$18(!!!!!!) for a beer… uhhhh what,” wrote Louisville professional golfer Justin Thomas on Twitter. “Gotta treat the fans better than that!”
