Naturally Conditioned (Burlington, VT) – At Switchback Brewing, every release is carbonated during fermentation by the yeast itself resulting in a 100% naturally conditioned beer. And the brewery’s newest release is an uber-tasty example of this delicate process. Totally unfiltered and 100% naturally carbonated, Switchback Zaboo Hazy IPA is a 5.9% ABV Hazy IPA with a fresh woodland hop aroma, and subtle notes of juicy stone fruit, honeydew melon, orange, peach and pear.

Going Phishing (Waitsfield, VT) – Lawson’s Finest Liquids is returning a limited release that was named in a nod to the legendary VT band, Phish, and its song “Ocelot.” Brewed with a truly international menu of hops from the  Pacific Northwest, Australia and New Zealand, Lawson’s Hopcelot IPA is a 7% ABV India Pale Ale with complex citrus and pine notes and a fruity finish.

Triumphant (St Paul, MN) – After a successful debut in the 2020 Summit Block Party Box Summit Brewing took a 95 calorie IPA year-round. Low-calorie, low-carb, yet hop-forward and bold, Summit Triumphant Session IPA is a 4% ABV India Pale Ale with a balanced bitterness and clean finish.
