No the band didn’t actually make a beer with Beavertown but they did tap into the brewery’s colorful artwork as a backdrop to the band’s latest music video which we gotta admit totally rocks.

Here’s the deal…

Logan Plant who founded the London-based Beavertown brewery in 2011 once led his own band and the fact that he’s the son of Led Zeppelin vocalist Robert Plant is well known throughout the beer biz., Beavertown Brewery Collaborates With US Rock Band Queens Of The Stone Age

And even though Plant finalized the acquisition of Beavertown Brewery by Heineken in 2022, the company’s trippy rock poster imaging, which was developed by the company’s in-house creative director Nick Dwyer, is still an iconic part of its beers’ imaging.

And now American rock band, Queens of the Stone Age, (an American Craft Beer fav) is using the artwork from the brewery’s bestselling Neck Oil Session IPA as a visual backdrop for the group’s latest music video featuring their newest single “Paper Machete”

“It’s absolutely mind-blowing to be working with Queens of The Stone Age,” said Dyer. “We’ve all been massive fans of them forever. So, to have the opportunity to make a music video for them, let alone the only one they are doing … well it hasn’t quite sunk in yet.”

“At Beavertown, we believe we show our creativity in everything we do; from the design of the cans to the recipe of the beers,” said Beavertown’s marketing director Tom Rainsford’’’

“This creative collaboration between Beavertown and the epic Queens of the Stone Age continues to show our commitment to creativity and taking an interesting approach to our marketing. “

It’s been amazing for everyone involved to work together on the music video for ‘Paper Machete’. We’ve embarked on a journey to redefine what is possible in the realm of beer and music. And if nothing more, Neck Oil is a banging beer for the summer and this is a banging track – what more could you want.”
