August is ON and brewers are celebrating the dog days of summer with a roster of beers that suit the season.

Back To The Basics – (Columbus, OH) – – BrewDog USA, the US arm of the Scotland-headquartered global craft brewer, has announced its newest flagship beer, an IPA that they think is a move “back to the basics” that “cuts through the noise.”

A bold tribute to the Chinook hop, beloved by BrewDog’s brewers, yet crafted for hop lovers everywhere BrewDog IPA is 6.3% ABV India Pale Ale that balances bright tropical and citrus notes with subtle pine and a clean, mellow bitterness.

“This is our first major IPA launch since Elvis Juice and Hazy Jane, and we’ve poured our passion for hops into every can,” shares Eric Franco, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for BrewDog USA. “With BrewDog IPA, we’re inviting drinkers to experience the spirit of IPA in a way that’s bold, balanced, and distinctly BrewDog.”

Citrus Rush (Shiner, TX) – Shiner Beer has a new year-round addition to its lineup that delivers a true citrus rush. Sporting big grapefruit aromatics with a hint of sweet tangerine, Shiner Ruby Sunburst is an uber-approachable 3.5% ABV Tangerine Lager with bright citrusy notes that are tethered  to a subtle malt backbone. And even this fruit-forward refresher come with only 85 calories!

Ola! (Sausalito, CA) – With more craft breweries than ever before, brewing serious non-alcoholic beer, ACB has expanded our coverage to include new NA beers that matter. And Best Day Brewing has its own take on the Mexican Lager that absolutely nails the style.

Crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium, Best Day Brewing’s buzz-free Electro-Lime Cerveza  could not be more convincing. And we promise you you’ll never find a more flavorful non-alcoholic Mexican lager with only 73 calories.
