Can Music Affect How You Feel About Your Beer? (Brussels) – A recent study, helmed by Dr. Felipe Carvalho of the Vrije Universiteit in Brussels, has found that the music you’re listening to while drinking, may alter how you feel about your beer. Interestingly enough, researchers found that a “Disney-style soundtrack” caused people to rate the beers as tasting sweeter, while music with deep and pronounced base tones caused participants to evaluate their beers as more bitter.

FCB Announces That They Are Transitioning! (Ft Collins. CO) – In yet another sign of one of craft beer’s most prevalent trends, the Fort Collins Brewery has announcing that like so many, they too are “transitioning” and shifting from bottles to an “all-cans” operation

Last night we hit up something new that we recently received from Genesee Brewing. A recent addition to their Brew House Pilot Batch Series, Genesee Brew House IPA is a 7% ABV hop-forward India Pale Ale tethered to a solid malt backbone.
