Whip It Good (Portland, OR) – With most of this year’s beer festivals cancelled thanks to COVID-19, Cascade Brewing is canning a festival favorite. First introduced at the brewery’s Sour Flower Fest, Cascade Pistil Whipped is a 7.7% ABV blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels with late infusions of saffron and chamomile.
