These are no longer normal times…So again we ask, why drink something normal?
Bootstrapping It (Longmont, CO) – Bootstrap Brewing is a Boulder County craft brewery that was founded by Leslie and Steve Kaczeus, a husband and wife team who left the high-tech biz to create an adventurous craft brewery dedicated to producing a full spectrum of high quality ales and lagers. And they’ve a sessionable ale that absolutely nails it
Brewed to be approachable and gluten-reduced, Stick’s Pale Ale is a 5.5% ABV award-winner that’s dry hopped with Mosaic hops for a super smooth finish that lingers.
Mood Swings (Buellton, CA) – Firestone Walker’s Barrelworks division has released a new collaboration it did with Sante Adairius Rustic Ales. Firestone Walker Big Mood is an 8.1% ABV a Wild Ale which was crafted with Sante Adairius’ special yeast, 2,000 pounds of Blenheim apricots, aged for six months, and then blended with a special selection of barrel-aged wine hybrids, all made with local Santa Barbara County white wine grapes.

Rasp-Buried (Portland, OR) – Cascade Brewing has released a brand-new Northwest Sour Ale project that’s available now in 500ml champagne bottles with a cork and wire hood at both of the brewery’s locations.
A Northwest-style interpretation of the traditional raspberry ales of the old world, Cascade Framboise Northwest is a 7.9% ABV blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to two years with locally grown raspberries. This is a Pacific Northwest blend that’s definately worth travelling for.
Brown Nosed (Milton, DE) – On September 12, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is returning a classic for a very limited run. A cross between a Scotch Ale, an IPA and an American Brown, Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale is a 7.2% ABV hybrid that’s rich, malty and hoppy.
