Five Years and Five Beers (P0rtland, OR) – Ecliptic Brewing has just released the fifth and final collaboration from its 5 Years/5 Beers Series. And this time around they worked with Santa Rosa’s Russian River Brewing. Brewed with both American and European hops in new and old varieties, Ecliptic /Russian River Belgian-Style Hoppy Golden Ale is an 8.5% ABV Belgian-Style Ale with a spicy character that matches its bright aromatics.

Think Pink (Asheville, NC) – Hi-Wire Brewing has returned a popular limited release that’s simply refreshing and unashamedly pink. A nuanced balance of raspberry fruit sweetness and fresh candied-lemon aromatics, Hi-Wire Pink Drink is a 4.2% ABV tart Wheat Ale brewed with fresh lemongrass and raspberries.

Great Divide Doubles Down (Denver, CO) – Great Divide Brewing is gearing up for a busy fall and winter by doubling down on something hazy as part of its Tank Farm Series. Brewed and double dry-hopped with an unearthly amount of Simcoe, El Dorado, Mosaic and Huell Melon hops, Great Divide  Hopnaut Double Juicy IPA is an 8% ABV India Pale Ale that’s out of this world.

Festastic!  (St Louis, MO) – Oktoberfest season is here and the Boston Beer Company has shipped something special to greet it. Explained by the brewery as being “true to tradition,” Samuel Adams Oktoberfest is a 5.3% ABV Märzen Lager that’s festive and sessionable.

Massively malty and unbelievably smooth, Oskar Blues Ten FIDY is a viscous and opaque 10.5% ABV Imperial Stout with espresso, chocolate-covered caramel, black licorice and plum notes and swagger to spare.

Grape Skinned (Athens, GA) – Creature Comforts Brewing has a new limited release that was tempered by Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins locally sourced from Cleveland, Georgia-based Yonah Mountain Vineyards. Creature Comforts Yonah Skins is a 6.5% ABV Rose-Style Lager that was aged with pressed grape skins for six months in oak barrels.
