As March marches in, American craft brewers are addressing the changing season with a variety of ambitious new offerings that are fun and user-friendly…

Two New “Tastes of Mexico’ Arrive (Ft Collins, CO) – This March New Belgium Brewing is debuting its Mural Agua Fresca Cerveza Variety Pack which, in addition to showcasing its original Watermelon Lime Cerveza, will also introduce  two new fruit juice variations… Mango Orange and Berry Guava. Celebrating the refreshing “agua frescas” found on the street markets of Mexico City, Mural is a work of art for the calorie conscious beer drinker. At 4% ABV, each Mural varietal is infused with the highest quality fruit juice and contains just 0.1 gram of sugar and only 110 calories per can.

Mural is brewed in collaboration with Mexico’s premier craft brewery, Cervecería Primus and is truly unlike any other beer.  “Our partnership with New Belgium is a great representative of what blending borders can do to brew a new style of beer, unlike our traditional Mexican-style lager,” said Rebeca Dovali Galvan, one of three cousins who own and operate Mexico City-based craft brewery.

Alaskan Gets Hazy (Juneau, AK) – Alaskan Brewing has a new limited release hitting retail in March. Crafted with a smart menu of Mosaic, Citra and Sultana hops, Alaskan Hazy Bay Juicy IPA is a 6.6% ABV India Pale Ale with a juicy ambience and uber-soft mouthfeel.
