Hold My Beer Hon (Baltimore, MD) – On Friday July 24th, Heavy Seas Beer will be returning a 15 Barrel Brewhouse exclusive inspired the “Bmore Snoball,” a classic Baltimore summer treat. Available on draft as well as in 4-packs of 16oz cans, Heavy Seas Bmore Snoball is a 5.5% ABV Egg Custard Blonde Ale(!) that was brewed with lots of vanilla and imported, nutty Maris Otter Pale malt to create a surprisingly quaffable desert beer. The amazing label artwork was designed by local Baltimore artist, Owen Murphy, of One Drop Design Studio.
Mango Made (Comstock, MI) – Bell’s Brewery will soon be widening distribution on a summertime Oberon variation that is only the second varient to be available beyond Michigan. First released exclusively in Kalamazoo as part of the Bell’s General Store Exclusive Series, Mango Oberon is a 5.8% ABV fruit-infused take on its award-winning Wheat Ale.
Dream This! (Portland, OR) – Cascade Brewing has a dreamy new release that starts and ends with the nectarine. Available in 500ml bottles on July 10th, Cascade Nectarine Dream 2019 is a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak barrels and foudres for up to 18 months, then naturally fermented with fresh, Northwest grown nectarines and aged on the fruit for an additional five months.
Tee Timed (Virginia Beach, VA/Atlanta, GA) – New Realm Brewing has announced a new release that was inspired by the late great golf pro Arnold Palmer’s favorite tea and lemonade blend. Fueled on tart lemons, rich tea flavors, and the sweetness of the lemonade, New Realm Southern Tee is a 4.8% ABV tea and lemonade tinged Berliner Weisse that’s not putting around.
