Half Acre Beer Company was started in 2006 by Gabriel Magliaro. It opened as a Chicago USA-based beer business with its office located in Chicago’s meat packing district.In March 2009, Half Acre Beer began brewing in its Northcenter neighborhood location in Chicago and eventually opened a small store and tasting room as part of the brewery that Fall.
