The brewery was originally built in 1885 by the Weisbrod & Hess Oriental Brewing Company. Weisbrod & Hess operated on the site until 1939. Brewing of beer ceased at the facility until we purchased the property in 2001. Years of extensive renovations has resulted in a beautifully restored 19th century brewing facility.
