BrewDog Berlin Wants Locals to Name New Beers
BrewDog, who took over ownership of Stone’s brewery in Berlin in May is asking German beer lovers to help them name four new beers brewed at the facility… a dry-hopped Dortmunder, a Wheat Lager, a Raspberry Berliner Weisse and a Hoppy Zwickel Helles.

“When we open we’ll be celebrating the launch with a series of four new beers that pay tribute to the unique beer culture and heritage of our adopted country, but with a BrewDog twist. There are only two rules for the naming contest – the beer name should be in German and it should have some kind of tie-in with Berlin.”
“Check out the social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram and start suggesting those German and Berlin-themed beer names.”
And to keep thing’s BrewDog they’re adding this fun perk…

Warped Wing Brewing To Open New Barrel-Aging Facility & Smokery
Dayton, Ohio-based Warped Wing Brewing Co. has announced plans to open “a unique barrel-aged facility, taproom, eatery and test pilot brewery in the city of Springboro.
Planned to open in the summer of 2020, The Warped Wing Barrel Room & Smokery, will feature an expansive taproom an outdoor biergarten and a flexible event space.
The planned 20,000 square foot facility will also be able to accommodate up to 400+ aging barrels along with brewing, canning, packaging and distribution.
Renowned for its lagers, Warped Wing has also generated buzz for a series of their barrel-aged products according to Nick Bowman, co-founder and VP of sales and marketing…
