BrewDog remains tied at the hip to what they call their Equity Punks, a community of investors that the company nurtures in so many ways…Like its annual shareholders gatherings which are one part business, another part music and madness, and all parts beer.
Every year, BrewDog draws thousands to its Annual General Mayhem gatherings. Last April the now global craft brewer hosted nearly 8000 equity punks at its home base in Aberdeen, Scotland, for two days of business talk, beer drinking and music.
And although nobody got hurt there are some attendees out there that may still be hurting, because, as American Craft Beer can attest, these things can be seriously fun.
BrewDog USA recently wrapped up its fourth annual AGM gathering in Ohio where they invited some of the region’s best breweries to share their beers with visiting punks.
And soon BrewDog will taking its Annual General Mayhem gathering to Berlin, Germany. So Europe, you’ve been warned.

On Saturday 7th September BrewDog kicks off its first ever Annual General Mayhem Europe gathering at the newly opened DogTap Berlin and are inviting Equity Punks from around the world to join co-founders James Watt and Martin Dickie at the ground-breaking event…
Located in the restored Mariendorf gasworks building, which BrewDog purchased in 2019 from Stone Brewing, DogTap Berlin is an almost regal location for beer and Europe’s first ACM. gathering.
And DogTap Berlin, which BrewDog has described as “a tribute to German brewing” and “one of the coolest things we have ever done,” has been primed for this international debut.
In addition to James Watt and Martin Dickie’s always fun annual business presentation, there will be non-stop music and brewery tours…As well as a huge number of super-fresh BrewDog beers pouring, including DogTap Berlin exclusives and special OverWorks releases from BrewDog’s “Temple to Tartness.”
