You’ll fill out your giftee’s details and finish the form using your own information and payment details. Then BrewDog will shoot you a gift certificate that you can stuff in his or hers stocking or stash under the tree.
That way they can enjoy the discounts of BrewDog’s Equity Punk membership while BrewDog’s team finalize the legal ownership of shares on their end of things! (Private equity can get complicated. And these are real shares in a real brewery).
The gifted shares will sit with BrewDog in escrow for up to four weeks, at which point they’ll notify you that your giftee is now signed, sealed and delivered! BrewDog will then shoot them a welcome message and set up their account on BrewDog.com.
