Full bodied and a deep amber tone. Our flagship IPA is bursting with fruity hop character, balanced by a rich, silky body with a dry finish. The Simcoe hop makes it’s distinct presence known with prominent pine and passionfruit notes. This beer may have a bit more body and texture than some West Coast IPA’s.. but we sure do make up for it by adding as many dry-hops as is responsible. (or maybe just a bit more)
