Verdi Verdi Good holds true to the Dortmunder style and gains a delightful green and a subtle organic aroma from the addition of spirulina. Spirulina is a blue green algae prized for its high nutritional protein content. This beer is retired. We brewed this beer once – turns out it wasn’t at the top of our list of successes!
