Spring Is ON, and  summertime not all that far away. So American craft brewers are celebrating things with a smart roster of artisan brews you’re gonna want to have around.

Neon Rodeo (Longmont, CO) –  Oskar Blues, a brewery renowned for its big IPAs and stouts has just debuted its first new limited release in years and it’s not what you expect. Previously only available on draft at the Oskar Blues Brevard Brewery & Taproom, Neon Rodeo is 4.5% ABV :slightly sour” fruited ale with a two-step”  flavor rush that combines the tartness of lime with the sweetness of ripe raspberry for a crisp, yet juicy, finish.

“Neon Rodeo has been a taproom-favorite for years,” says Aaron Baker, Brand Director, Oskar Blues Brewery. “ It’s bright, slightly tart, and made for people who want something playful and a little unexpected.”

Bit By Bit (Germany) – The international migration to non-alcoholic beers was first felt in Europe so it’s not surprising that the newest release  from the historic Bitburger brewery, offers the full flavor of a traditional beer with zero alcohol content.

Brewed using only water, barley malt, hops, and hop extract, adhering to the German Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), Bitburger 0.0% is a  robust non-alcoholic German Pilsner that is rich in vitamins and true to the original, just without all that baggage. This beer is fully fermented, and the alcohol then carefully removed, which helps preserve the lagers authentic flavor profile, unlike too many non-alcoholic beers where fermentation is stopped early.

Summer’s Coming (Ipswich, MA) –  Voted Best Brewery on Boston’s North Shore four consecutive years, True North Ale Company is an award-winning operation whose beers have been poured in more than 2,000 bars and restaurants and sold in more than 2,000 stores in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. And they recently returned their award-winning summer seasonal.

Brewed with pilsner malt and flaked oats for a soft mouthfeel and dry hopped out pf its mind with Citra, Strata, and Talus hops, True North Coast to Coast Summer IPA is a 5.8% ABV India Pale Ale with distinct citrus, passion fruit, strawberry, and pink grapefruit aromatics.

Coast to Coast is currently available now through September at artisan beer stores, bars & restaurants, golf & country clubs, and yacht clubs & marinas throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and in the True North Ales Taproom.
