Roc Brewing Co. is a microbrewery in the heart of downtown Rochester. This brewery serves up some unique batches of all kinds of craft beer. It is the recipient of Samuel Adam's Brewing the American Dream program. Both owners have gotten coaching from Jim Koch himself. This brewery is sure to please!
